  1. How can I delete a gadget from my iGoogle page?
  2. In order to remove a gadget from your iGoogle page, simply click the "down arrow" button at the top right side of the gadget and then select "delete" from the drop down menu.
  3. My iGoogle page isn't working correctly. What should I do?
  4. If you're experiencing problems with your iGoogle page, please visit iGoogle problem solving page: iGoogle problem solving.
  5. All my data is lost, how can I retrieve it back?
  6. In case your gadget’s data is lost, please do not remove and reinstall the gadget. Loss of data might be caused by a temporary problem in the iGoogle platform; please try to refresh the page after several hours. If the problem persists please contact us at: support@labpixies.com.
  7. How can I remove the LabPixies toolbar?
  8. To remove our toolbar: click on the windows "Start" button, choose "Control Panel" and then "Programs and Features". Select "LabPixies toolbar" and click on the uninstall button.   9. How can I embed gadgets to my blog or webpage?
  10. Our gadgets were originally developed for the iGoogle platform, and for several social networks. Currently, it is not possible to embed the gadgets in a webpage or blog.
  11. Does installing or using LabPixies’ gadgets require any payment?
  12. Other than some of our iPhone apps, all of our gadgets are completely free of charge, nor are you billed for having clicked on the ads.
  13. I’m unable to share my gadget with my friends. Why?
  14. Some gadgets include the option to share data between users, but this feature is based on the social iGoogle platform. In some countries, the social version is not yet released and therefore sharing is currently unavailable.
  15. Can I install the gadgets on my mobile phone?
  16. Yes, we do offer some of our gadgets for installing on the iPhone or Android platform, though not all gadgets are available for both web and mobile. Select the platform/phone on the left menu to browse the available gadgets for your phone.
Birthday Reminder
  1. How can I edit an item on my birthday list?
  2. Currently, the gadget does not have the option to edit items. The only way to do it is deleting and reentering the item.
LabPixies TV
  1. My TV gadget won't play, what should I do?
  2. Some tv channels take a while to load. Please wait up to 30 seconds for a channel to load.
    If you got an error message, you might want to check this:
     Internet Explorer users:
    You must have Windows Media Player installed.

  3. How can I watch TV in a full screen mode?
  4. If the LabPixies TV screen is too small for you and you would like to watch the show in full screen, simply double click the video while a show is on and it will open in full screen mode. To close full screen view, click the esc button or double click the screen.
  5. Does the LabPixies TV work on a Mac?
  6. The LabPixies TV shows Windows Media Player streams. Most of the channels will work on a mac, but you will need to have a plug-in on your browser that plays Windows Media files (You can download a free player at: Flip4Mac).
  7. What is "Auto play when page loads"?
  8. Occasionally your browser may refresh your homepage and then you will need to turn on the TV again by selecting a station. If you don't want this to happen, open the TV gadget in Full Screen mode and select the check box next to "Auto play when page loads?".
LabPixies Radio
  1. My Radio gadget won't play, what should I do?
  2. Some radio channels take a while to load. Please wait up to 30 seconds for a channel to load.

  3. What is "Auto play when page loads"?
  4. Occasionally your browser may refresh your homepage and then you will need to turn on the radio again by selecting a station. If you don't want this to happen, open the Radio gadget in Full Screen mode and select the check box next to "Auto play when page loads?".
My IP
  1. My IP Gadget displays displays a different IP address than mine.
  2. The gadget display the IP address of your computer as seen on the Internet. If you are using a NAT/PROXY/SWITCH server it is possible that the IP address that you see is different than the one the gadget shows.
LabPixies Clock
  1. How do I change the time on my LabPixies clock to my time zone?
  2. Our clock gadget displays the time as configured on your computer. If you change the time settings on your computer the clock gadget will change as well.
Live Weather
  1. How can I set the temperature units to Celsius units?
  2. In order to show the temperature in Celsius in the weather gadget you should do as follows:
    1. Click the "edit" link at the top left side of the gadget, this will open the gadget's edit box.
    2. Choose the temperature units at the bottom of the edit box.
